Captiva Island Family Beach Photographer
I met this fun family at the home they were renting on Captiva Island. They all came down from Indiana for a little R & R. The home was so pretty. If you are looking for a place to stay right on the beach, be sure to check out A Saba Winds. Their home was just a few houses down from Turner Beach, one of my favorite beaches to go to on Captiva Island. There are beautiful rocks at the point and the sunsets are always so pretty. The evening was perfect, a bit breezy but warm and sunny. I am sure they lucked out with the best weather. The rainy season has ended, and I bet they didn’t have rain during the entire week they were down.
It’s always so fun to see extended families enjoying a week long vacation together. We were able to capture some sweet moments of Talon with his Auntie, Grandparents and Great Grandma. He wasn’t a fan of the sand and wanted nothing to do with putting his toes in it. 🙂 He was so curious and loved watching the waves roll in. I always bring a little prop or two to sessions with little ones, keeps them from crawling off and let’s be honest, eating sand! And with Talon not being a fan of the sand, he was more content just chillin’.
I hope you all enjoyed Captiva Island and made some wonderful memories to look back at years from now. Thank you so much for allowing me to capture your family!
